Confidence/trust motion in Indian parliament –An Astrological Review

Brief introduction – in parliamentary democracy government continues in office as long as it enjoys the confidence of the house ,in other word as long as 51 percent of the members support it. In India during early phase till 1977,congress party enjoys the privilege of majority .the first incident of confidence motion appeared during the regime of Moraji Desai government. we have decided to review this event astrologically by placing them in different category. These category can be:
1.when newly formed government shows its strength in the form of vote of thanks to the president speech when parliament meets for the first time.. its natural and no negative planetary combination operates until or unless when government fails to do so.
2.when opposition brings in no confidence motion against the government
3.when government itself brings the confidence motion when directed by the president in the event of some political shuffling .
History of confidence motion in lok sabha-
A).15th july 1979- moraji desai resigns after no confidence motion(before voting)
B) 20th august 1979- choudhry chran singh resigns (before voting)
C).22nd decmber ,1989- V P singh won the confidence motion
D).7 november, 1990- V P singh lost the no confidence motion
E)17 November,1990-Chandrasekhar won the confidence motion
F)march 7 1991 –chandersehar resigns
G)28 July,1993-Narshima Rao won vote of confidence
H)28 may 1996-Vajpayee resigns (before voting)
I)11 june,1996- Dev Gowda won the confidence motion
J)11 April,1997-Dev Gowda lost no confidence motion
K)22 april 1997- gujaral won the confidence motion
L)28 march ,1998 – Vajpayee won the confidence motion
M)17 april 1999-vajpayee lost the confidence motion by one vote
N)22 july 2008- Dr. manmohan singh won the confidence motion

Astrological relevance and tools for advance prediction
1.the planetary position at the time of voting is relevant
2. if the oath chart indicates trouble and planetary position is also conducive then government faces confidence motion
3. the following condition/combination at the time of voting prevails
a)sun,which is kara of government is under influence of Saturn ,mars or rahu at the time of voting
b)sun is under influence of lord of 8th from it , at the time of voting
c) sun is under influence of lord of 8th from moon at the time of voting
